Residential Flat
This was a very run down flat that had not been lived in for over 12 years and was only used for storage. ABR completely renovated the flat up to the current building regulations and transformed it into a fully modernised large spacious flat.
Joe's Restaurant
Formally the old Fire Station in Spalding, built in the 1920’s then later used by St. Johns Ambulance; this building then remained empty for many years. Our project was to demolish the rear section and re-build under the supervision of the Conservation Officer to form a new staircase to the flat above and a kitchen and storage area for the new proposed Restaurant.
ABR fully transformed this building into the new Contemporary Urban Style Restaurant & Bar (Joe’s) including carrying out all of the building & groundworks.
The bespoke bar and lighting specification was fully designed and fitted out by the ABR team to suit the new Restaurant and its owners, Joe & Kay.
Barn Conversion
ABR were instructed to convert this Barn into a large 3 bedroom detached property. The results were amazing and this old unused outbuilding is now a luxury home with a high specification throughout.
Cottage Renovation
ABR were instructed to renovate this old run down cottage into a spacious, light and airy modern home. A small extension was built onto the back to house the new kitchen and an en-suite was created for the master bedroom. This project took 12 weeks from start to finish and the new owner is delighted.
Residential Refurbishment
The customer of this project asked ABR to create them an open plan modern living space. They handed over their keys and went off on a three week holiday to Florida. ABR had only three weeks to completely transform the kitchen, lounge, conservatory and dining room by separating the existing lounge diner and opening up the kitchen to the dining area and conservatory. WOW!
Residential Extension
The customer of this property wanted an extension building over the existing double garage to create a master bedroom, ensuite and dressing room upstairs then downstairs wanted a kitchen wall knocking to create an open plan kitchen diner/family area. The results are amazing!
Two Storey Extension & Full House Renovation
The customers of this property wanted an extension on the side of the property powered by solar panels and a full house renovation. The interior design and decor was completely left to ABR but their only request was they wanted a light and airy feel and easy to maintain and clean. They were over the moon with the results.
Polka Dot Academy
The project was to turn this Industrial Unit into a Dance/Performing Arts Studio incorporating air sprung flooring, mirrored walls, changing rooms, male, female and disable toilets, a reception area, offices and a kitchen. This project was completed on a 4 week timescale and to budget.
Bar Refurbishment
The Spalding Services & Social Club asked ABR to design a new bar for their club. Our in-house interior designer created a moods board to present to them in which they accepted ABR to proceed. ABR designed & hand crafted the new bar in an American White Oak and worked tirelessly from the crack of dawn through to late night to hit the ten day set target. The Spalding Services & Social Club are thrilled with the amazing results that has brought their old 1960’s bar into the 21st century.
